Pixellence AI provides Evoloz, software that helps users capture AI conversations, evolve them into reusable intelligence, and build reusable intelligence across multiple AI platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any credentials you use.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
Evoloz requires users to connect their own supported AI providers using their own API keys.
You are responsible for any API usage charges billed by your selected AI provider.
Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.
Unless required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Evoloz, its branding, software, and website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of your AI conversations, intelligence checkpoints, workspaces, and all content you create. Evoloz does not claim ownership of your data.
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Evoloz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evoloz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of Evoloz indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
